Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the project leader to formulate the project plan, strictly implement the project plan according to the arrangement of the project leader, record various work elements in time, communicate with the team leader in time in case of special circumstances, and update the plan after approval;

2. Skillfully complete chemical reactions, make a more comprehensive analysis of the results, and complete difficult research projects with assistance;

3. Solve some problems in the experiment, give feedback to the project team leader in time for the problems that cannot be solved, and discuss and solve them in time;

4. It can complete small batch (gram level) or larger batch (kg level) chemical synthesis reaction;

5. According to the needs of the project or customers, report the progress of the experiment to the team leader in a timely manner, and submit an experiment progress report when necessary;

6. Complete the experimental record and experimental report clearly and completely, and complete the writing of the first draft of the project report after the project is completed;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the director.

Job requirements:

1. Major in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical industry and other related chemistry, college degree or above;

2. Have a solid theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry, be familiar with more organic reactions, and be proficient in experimental operations;

3. Serious and active work, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication; able to bear hardships and stand hard work, able to withstand greater work pressure, and have good team spirit and coordination ability;

4. Good English ability;
