Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete the small-scale and pilot-scale research of pharmaceutical intermediates or APIs;

2. Participate in and guide the scale-up production of the process; be able to lead 1-2 process researchers to start work;

3. Be able to solve most of the problems in the experiment, or cooperate with the project team to solve the problems in the experiment through communication and discussion;

4. Good at thinking and analyzing problems, able to put forward their own ideas and suggestions on the synthetic route of compounds;

5. Complete the experimental record clearly and completely, and the experimental report is true, detailed and reliable.

Job requirements:

1. More than 3 years experience in organic synthesis (including process) for undergraduate, and more than 1 year experience in organic synthesis (including process) for master;

2. Active work, honest, rigorous, responsible and self-motivated, with teamwork and innovative spirit;

3. Experience in transferring the laboratory process to the workshop for scale-up production is preferred;

4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
