Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's requirements, be independently responsible for carrying out and completing the research and development projects of the target organic synthesis within the appointed time, researching and designing synthesis methods, screening and optimizing the necessary reaction routes, conditions and raw materials, and tackling key technical difficulties in research and development, which can be solved. Various problems occurred in the experiment, accept higher difficulty projects and complete the design of the synthesis route;

2. Have strong organic synthesis experimental skills and theoretical knowledge, and be able to independently carry out process research work;

3. Proficient in formulating subject groups to form a route, while completing their own tasks, lead a group of 2-4 people to carry out research work, instruct and train subordinates to improve their due work skills;

4. Reasonable allocation of projects, effective control of project cost and project cycle, and can put forward reasonable suggestions on the work process of the department to improve the overall work efficiency;

5. Be able to clearly and completely complete experimental records, project reports, and make regular and irregular written reports;

6. Familiar with safety management and can ensure that subordinates strictly implement the company's rules and regulations;

7. Organize group meetings, feedback problems, and coordinate solutions;

Job requirements:

1. Major in organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, chemical industry;

2. More than 8 years of undergraduate degree, more than 2 years of research and development experience for doctoral degree, and more than 3 years of research and development experience for master's degree;

3. Rich experience in organic synthesis, proficient in organic synthesis, product separation and structural identification skills;

4. Proficient in literature retrieval methods, with excellent English reading and writing skills;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
